Decided not to winter in Georgia..mainly cos cold.
- Wednesday I suddenly arrived at the idea I would try to winter in Southern Turkey.
- Thursday - Batumi, Sarpi, bazaar, to Hoba hitched to Rize, bus to Trabzon... god Turkey buses are €1 for 15 minutes now so nightbus travel too expensive.. hitching& camping will have to be the way. Got to Tranu
Fri - hitched to Gumashane
.. then to Kelkit no cars ..bus to Erzican ..bit boring so got a good ride with s trucker to near Sivas.
- Into Sivas : museums etc. Changed mind about hitching in favour of night trains. Was raining otherwise hitching was meet people option... Jeez it' dark at 4pm

People often ask "is my country beautiful ?" .. only if you use your eyes selectively, like some people do, to never see the garbage etc.
