-Problem 1 : Dean was right the ferry to Saranda is an absolute ripoff at €19 for 30 mins
.. Until 4 years ago the ferry was €10 plus a €9 visa charge ...It's my guess that the owners took advantage and jacked up the price by €9

..so I relooked at Saranda ..the Hairy Lemon hostel is a ripoff with a special price of €8.50 only availble for online booking otherwise you pay €13... then the Roman site of Butrint costs $7 to visit... so better cut out Saranda and take the ferry to the Greek mainland and bus to Ioanninia and bus to the border to get to Gjirokastra an old Ottoman town.

- Problem 2 : virus - but this PC didn't have a PDF reader on so I downloaded one ..and then suddenly I had a virus on my memory stick which deleted some of my files ..well actually they must be still there ..I had to spend an hour with a disk recovery prog ..but I still didn't get them back ...so I am sure the virus has hidden the files .. I have to work out how to unhide them.
- I just ran scandisk with "fix errors" checked .. It recovered the files not the filenames, so I have to go through 500 files and rename them

Problem 3 : bus didn't come : then it was 22.30 and there was a bus back at 22.35pm I bought a ticket and waited ..it didn't come so after 15 minutes I started walking ...20 minutes later as I arrived at the camping the bus just passed me 25 minutes late

-Problem 4 : I slept late and got up early ..someoneone had taken my hammock cord which I was using as a washing line ... got some string from the campsite.... I think I was too tired and forgot where I put it.

- Problem 5 : 11.45am I run to buy a ferry ticket ... Is the office in font of the boat ? ...No, I have to run 1Km past the boat to the ticket office then 1Km back to the boat

- Problem 6 The ferry ticket seller ripped me off ....If you see the bloke in booth 2 at the Kerkyra ferry pay him with old coin The price was €8.50, but he only gave me €1.20 change ... later in the internet cafe I found the bastard had ripped me off for 50c as the 20c was an old Drahkma coin

-Problem 7 : Ioannina Camping is a ripoff ..ah there is camping 600m away from the bus terminal as I walk there in the hot sun I think .."It will be a miracle if it has a cheap price" yep it was €9 instead of the €5 I normally pay for my hammock so I camped in an abandoned olympic sports park nearby.
