313 Cesis and Segulda In the morning I walked around the old town of Cesis ,.. I missed the train to look at the castle.. which wasn't so interesting.

Segulda .. the valley has 4 castles .. hitching was impossible so I ended up walking the 6Km and taking the bus back. The scenary was nice the castle at Turaida looks like a Bavarian castle .. but I didn't take any photos.

The Stocks

Jelgava - At Oskar and Ieva's I could have camped at the river, but cos of the mosquitoes I decided to travel further to HC host I had contacted . Okars,Ieva and their young son live in the family dacha in Jelgava which is a university town 40 minutes from Riga. Oskars is a professional photographer and graphic artist. He commutes to Riga everyday

Saturday - we went to see a "mysterious stone" forest walk. Not exactly Stonehenge :the stones were just small piles of rocks, but the forestwalk was OK.
In the evening we had a BBQ with Oskars parents
