I had meant to visit the Quaker settlement last time, but didn't. Nick and Anna already had WWOOFer so I went to help Lizzie cos she had her wrists damaged in an accident.
Lizzie and Wi are artists and teachers.
I had been expecting a big house, but I was surprised to find a 25 year old ecovillage. The settlement is set in a park with veg gardens, woods and lake. 20 houses around a education/conference centre. Nice people and good library.
They have weekly coffee mornings, workings bees and a pot luck dinner.

Read went to theatre, A and P show, participated in the community stuff. stayed 2 weeks.
