PPPI People Visit Hari's Garden

- We were supposed to go up early to the hill temple for a view over the city, but Hari got a phonecall that the people from the Public Private Partnership Initiative were going to visiting his Garden , which they are helping him fund.
- But had to wait until the visitors had left ... Cloud had come by then so the view is not as good, but such is life.
- I like this simple wooden ferrous wheel they have on the hill

- The Kathmandu laundry had lost my scarf so when I passed someone selling children's track trousers for 10Rp I bought it and used it as a scarf .. Again this pained Hari as I was using something fro the "dirty" half of the body on something near a sacred place like the head. So Hari insisted on buying me a present of a new scarf .. Thanks Hari (later in Kathmandu I got my original scarf back)
