Intro
- I know lots of jokes and I can remember them (seems women particularly usually can't remember them). I often think of new jokes ..maybe I should write them down
| Fri
- what was my idea - choosing PM by X-factor ? I forgot
- Sat - "he smokes his own fish" ... Picture a man with a burning fish in his mouth
| - Sun
- Consider what was Bin Ladins aim as we regard Muslims to what he actually achieved.
- Consider our attitudes to Muslims before ... We just didn't care it's like shampoo we know other people have different religions like we know they use different shampoos, but we didn't care. Cut to scenes of 5 regular muslims ... like someone helping one push his broken down car, someone exchanging smiles as they pass in the street, a tourist office woman being very helpful towards a burqa clad women with a large backpack
- Cut to 5 years later : same situations and every scene the opposite person just thinks "possible terrorists !"
| Mon , Tue -
- I heard about Ryanair was using the excuse you could pay for free using an electron card for free so it doesn't have to include surcharges in the price and 4 days later it's decided it dropping Electron and going to favour prepaid mastercards (which cost 6 quid to set up)
| Michael O'Leary Sketches
- So it started me thinking what if Michael O'Leary's customers started to do the same to him. Then I thought up a serious sketches.
2. Michael O'Leary's Street Cumupance
1a. Mean man in the home.
- pretty funny, but no use to me sosomeone can have them for free I tried to send them off to the Impressionists producer.
- I know why most TV comedy is crap, if you have an idea it's impossibe to reach the producers. It's another example of the nature of the beast : of course these people get so much mail all the time too much so they hide their email address and are difficult to contact. I couldn't email so I tried the impressionists agent, but they don't normally forward emails on ... eventually I tracked down the writers team page so I sent the sketches to them.

Wed - Clarkson Proof TV
- Imagine if you could get a TV which had inbuilt dickhead detection so if Clarkson, Lorraine Kelly, Jonathan Ross or Oprah comes on it automatically changes channel or turns the sound off.
| Funny - just switch the word or character around
- To be funny is easy.
It about the alternative use of a word - And alternative positioning of the 2 parties in a situation and the ideas becomes funny. e.g. Al Kaieda finally achieving world domination and then having to fight off terrorism from liberals. - reverse the protaganists in any situation and it becomes funny
| Joke ideas are easy to come and easy to go
- maybe I'll give up on this idea of the joke a day - It's quite easy to do everytime I read a news story I can imagine a funny situation just by switching the characters around, but as soon as I start reading the next stories I forget
| Mary goes down the benefit office
- and explains that although she is married to Joseph the absent father of her child Jesus pays no maintenance money.
| ISIGNH Truly Funny comedy hidden away on CBBC
|
- These last 20 years there has been no funny comedy on TV, but then hidden away on kids TV CBBC there is I'm Sorry I've Got No Head. The running gags about people who like to wear antlers and meetup at the Deer Club and the Witchfinder General who finds himself in the modern world and keeps getting women carried away by his team.
Includes : Marcus Brigstock being funny instead of a raving eco-nutter.
| The Secret weapon against the Taliban : Banal Celebrities
- Cut to the scene - The UK has replaced it's soldiers with irritating "switch-off" celebrities marching on the front-line. As Chris Moyles, Jonathon Ross, Chris Evans, Davina Mcoll walk forward shouting banal banter about themselves the taliban fighters turn their guns on themselves
